Dry Berth

What is a dry berth?

Capacity: 250 vessels

The terms of use are such that the use of a dry berth is charged at the same rate as the price of a sea berth, based on the Marina’s official price list, for the contracted period of using the dry berth.

The price includes the use of fresh water, sanitary facilities, and supervision.
Annual and semi-annual contracts for land accommodation are concluded with AD Marina Bar.

In the event of early termination of the contract, the berth user is obliged to pay the total contracted amount and is not entitled to a refund of the paid funds.

The Marina reserves the right to change berth prices without prior notice.

Required documentation for concluding a contract
  • Personal document (ID card, passport)
  • Vessel registration document (navigation license)
  • Insurance policy
  • Certified power of attorney from the vessel owner for access to and use of the vessel by a third party
  • If the vessel is owned by a legal entity, in addition to the above documents, a certified copy of the extract from the Commercial Court Register (CRPS) must be provided.
